Thanks to the wonderful staff at Tandy Leather and Tinneal Rowsome, she was quickly hooked. Her Chilean tata used to work with leather, so it helps her to feel close to family she never really knew.  

Beadwork is another interest that sparked in Manitoba. On the whole, she leans towards embroidery, but continues to incorporate the technique into her textile work.
